1 General Terms & Applicability

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

6 Prohibited Activities & Penalties

• Money laundering: Any attempt to launder funds from illegal sources through Joya9 BD is strictly forbidden.
• Hacking & Software Use: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Fraud: Using false information to claim a bonus or attempting to exploit the bonus system is strictly prohibited.
• Use of another person's account: Using another person's account or placing bets on their behalf is strictly prohibited.
• Game manipulation: Any attempt to artificially manipulate the outcome of a game is strictly prohibited.

If any such activity is detected, Joya9 BD may close the account without notice and forfeit all balances. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account:

• Any active bonuses will be forfeited.
• Please withdraw your existing balance.
• Wait for any pending bets to be settled before proceeding.

Joya9 BD reserves the right to suspend or close an account for reasons including rule violations, providing false information, fraud, or suspicious activity. Whether any remaining balance is returned will depend on the circumstances.
